The workshop will take place at Best Western Globus Hotel in Viale Ippocrate, 119, 00161, Roma (RM), inside the Ping room.
The Best Western Globus Hotel can be easily reached
- By car From any direction, follow the signs for the “Grande Raccordo Anulare” and take Via Tiburtina. Then follow the signs for either the University of Rome “La Sapienza” or the “Policlinico” Hospital. Just before the University, turn right into Via del Castro Laurenziano.

- From Rome Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci Airport, use the Trenitalia train connection, a taxi or the Cotral bus service to reach Rome Termini Central Station. From here see “By Train”.
- From Rome Ciampino Giovan Battista Pastine Airport, reach Rome Termini Central Station by taxi, by bus (service of the Atral, Cotral, Sit and Terravision companies) or by train + bus (train to Ciampino and Cotral / Schiaffini bus). From here see “By Train”

- From Roma Termini Station, take bus 310
or Metro line B in the direction of Rebibbia to the Policlinico stop(Policlinico metro station is closed.). Then take Viale Regina Margherita along the Policlinico Umberto Primo and turn left into Viale Ippocrate.
- From Rome Tiburtina Station take bus 492-490-495.
- From Roma Termini Station, take bus 310
Warning:
A 24-hour public transport strike called by the Faisa Cisal unions is scheduled for 12 July 2021.
Information in this regard can be found on the ATAC website. The regular service will be guaranteed only in the time slots from 5.30 to 8.30 and from 17.00 to 20.00. The availability of buses and Metro at other times will depend on the percentage of participation in the strike, but will, in general, not be guaranteed.
The strike called by the Faisa Cisal on the ATAC network, scheduled for 12 July at 0.01 AM, was SUSPENDED. The service will therefore be active on the entire network, please refer to the news on the ATAC website.
Accommodation
For the invited participants the accomodation will be covered by the organization at the Best Western Globus Hotel (the conference venue).
